Hello people!
Couple of days ago I made my first attempt to cook rice pilaf.
It was actually easy.
2 cups of long grain rice+ 2 1/2 cup of chicken broth+
2tbs of butter +1 large onion chopped+ 2-3tbs of almonds flakes.
Combine all and cooked till the rice is nicely done.
As for the chicken, I stumble across the Indian spices section in the supermarket.
I was so eager to try one because there were like 50 different spices stacked at the shelf.
So I took the one that called Chicken Tikka.
The box of spices already had the cooking instruction in English, so it was kinda easy.
The ingredients includes cream and yogurt.
The taste was really goood.
Gonna try the other spices next time.
