Moment To Be Remember

I would like to start this entry with,

I just had the best birthday's ever.

It was a birthday marathon!

(my birthday is on the 16th February btw)

On Monday night,my dad fetch me from campus.
Tuesday was a holiday. 
So we had dinner with my family at my favourite restaurant, Passage Thru India in Damansara. 

I know its not top notch but the food was spellbinding..

And I've been trying to get both of my parents to go there since my semester break,and when we finally do,it was so worth it.

Their naan,dhal,keema n briani are absolutely divine.

And the best part of it all,there was only 4 person at the dinner table.

(It has been my long lost wish to have 4 person at the dinner table)

  

Even I looked like a mess,I couldn't even care less. 
That night my head was giddy with joy. 

And I even think it as my birthday night. 

That night ended with me and my brother watching dvd Inception at 1.30am over a cup of hot Milo at home. 
Point to be noted,do not watch complicated movies at those wee hours, because it tends to get more complicated to understand the movie than it already is.   

The next day I woke up at noon,packed my things up,ready to get back to campus. 

Mum decided to have lunch at IceRoom. I have never been there before but Mum and Rizal has been bragging about their Mango dessert,so we went there. 

The food was okay and the dessert was okay as well.

I tried the Black Sesame Ice Cream. 
The ice cream texture was flaky,like ice. Not the common creamy or milky texture,which I think its nice and fresh. But my phone batt went down,and I didn't get to take picture of it!!  
But the Mango dessert taste really good.

Then off to sending Rizal to his tuition, and me to campus. 
Along the way my mum and I went to visit my uncle,who underwent a knee surgery in SJMC and he did well.

Next,we went to Subang Parade for teatime.
Mama kata kopitiam da boring,so we went to Ice Blog and then bought rotiboyyy. 

Mum says her Ice Blog's Guava juice+pearl tak sedap. 

My Hong Kong Iced tea+pearl sangat sedap.

Before heading to the car, I manage to bought these cuties. 

I considered it as a birthday gift from mum.Yeay!!

Then,that night I was studying for my test tomorrow until at 11.50pm I got a call from this dude saying,

"Happy Birthday Along! "

Aww,so sweet. 

I totally forgot that it was my birthday!

Then at 12am, mum called,dad texts,cousins texts+called,and all the warm wishes start to coming in. 

Mum was practically yelling Happy Birthday on the phone.

I was overwhelmed. 
I couldn't even concentrate on my lecture-notes anymore. 

Later that night,I went to sleep with a huge huge smile on my face.

On my actual birthday, 
I get to meet my buddy at the cafeteria with whom I haven't seen in awhile and she wish me Happy Birthday. 
I was back at my excited state..

For lunch, I had Subway. 
It was a generous treat from Miss N. Thank You!

Followed by double scoop of B&R mint-chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.

People, I am content. 
Later I went to 4pm class and my colleagues sang the official birthday anthem..It was so sweet. 
I wish I could've record the moment so I can played it over and over again.

In the evening my dad called and asked if I wanted to go out for dinner later that night.
We went to Secret Recipe. 

I haven't been here for like almost a year. 
It seems they have couple of new recipes on their menu. 

I tried the Banana Crumble.
Sangat tak sedap. 
It taste like roasted twigs with chocolate toppings. 
Then I bought couple slices of moist choc cake from the counter for my roomates before heading back.

At my dorm,we ate the choc cake together. Since my roomates are Culinary Art students,one of them has baked choc cheese cake and saved 2 slices for me. Teraharu sangat. 
Then my other roomates even baked apple pie and brought back to the dorm. It was a night of feast. 


On the next day,I had lab at 2pm. 
So I took a long 9 hours sleep. 
I woke up with feeling heavy and still sleepy. 
Can I get hangover caused by eating too much? 
Caused if it does,I think I just had a food-hangover.
Than,I went to lab.
Today we are doing fingerprinting analysis. 
It was interesting.
After lab, I found that there's a colourful paper bag stuffed in my bag. It was a present from H&N. 
Its a frame with our picture and our names on it.
Thank you dalink!

Bila I tengok frame ni,it reminded me of a friend,who has actually made a frame for me,handmade ye,just like these but a little more fancy. It also has a photo with both of us in it.

And then ada this sweet lady who's been trying to reach my phone,leaving 8 missed calls sebab nak wish happy birthday,but when I finally answered the call,my phone batt pulak low..sian dia. Hopefully we'll meet soon ya!


Having to feel all of this,I feel so blessed by Allah SWT. 
Even though I didn't have an official birthday cake or candles to be blown or wishes to make, I already feel so happy. 
To be surrounded by these wonderful people and their loves,it is overwhelming for me.
