Trdlnik from Prague, Czech Republic

 

From my  recent trip to Prague, Czech Republic with a fellow friend.

 

Stumble to this café by the road side and their traditional sweet pastry called Trdelnik

 

Its a dough pastry that is grilled to golden perfection and coated with ground almond, sugar and cinnamon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had to had the melted chocolate inside.
