Its been 3 weeks since I last went home.
And so I did last weekend. Mom came and fetch me.
We went for lunch at Plan B,just the two of us.
Mom ate carbonara, while I ordered a breakfast plate.
I couldn't even describe the goodness feeling when I ate my meal.
Feels like an eternity ago that I had dine on good food.
That's the thing I miss the most when I'm in Shah Alam, good food.
Mom and I ate Red velvet cake at Plan B, and it tasted so-so.
So I decided to bake one when I got home.
I wanted to try this new recipe that I found here.
And so I bake it with a sky high enthusiasm and
with French music playing on the stereo.
Then guess what? My cake burnt and it falls apart!
It looked dreadful, but can't say the same bout the taste though.
The cake tasted divine and its light and spongy.
But who would eat a cake that is burnt?
So, I got this idea.
I put it in a jar, layered with the cheese frosting and continue till the jar is full.
Voila,a creation from the doomed!
Also since there were few crumbs left, I rolled it with cheese frosting and turned it into cake balls!
Talk about disaster-restoration in baking.
Either way I managed to make the cake form inedible to edible.
Yeay for me!

On Saturday,we went for my cousin's son, Aiman aqiqah in Seremban.
I used the LEKAS highway. I must say the highway started to be my favourite route.
The green scenery along the way is really something.
You don't get to see a green sight for straight 1km in KL anymore.
At least not where I live.
There's something about lots and lots of green that just soothes and excite me at the same time.
The cake my cousin bought for lil' Aiman. Cute right?
This are the proud parents of lil'Aiman. Welcome on-board A!
For those of you who is reading this, have an awesome week ahead!
Love you.
xoxo!
