Kad Raya

At this time of the year, I always love the part of writing Hari Raya card for my aunts and uncle's family.

My dad would bought more than dozens of card and I'll write them and whisk them away to the post office.

Eversince mom retired, it is my duty to go get the post stamps.

This year it cost 60cent of stamp per card. Quite expensive, right?

But then, I wouldn't want to kill the cheerful spirits of sending the Hari Raya card.

And there's a notice at the post office stating, 

"Sebarang pos atau penghantaran pakej untuk sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2011 adalah sebelum 22hb"

So better start sending away your cards fellas! Or you just twitt/fb/ or sms?

Either way, put a smile to your heart and shift it to the festive mode.

My neighbourhood already has their houses gleaming in colourful lights.

Its Merdekaraya this year. Good day!
